About the role exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative officer  to join our Outpatient Clinics at at Werribee Mercy Hospital.

We are looking for dynamic, patient centred and highly motivated people to join the Outpatient Clinics Team (OPC) at Werribee Mercy Hospital. They must understand the importance of high quality admin support and person centred care in a dynamic environment.

We are focusing on the continual build of the OPC Reception Teams and these roles are responsible for patient flow and outcomes via IT systems – iPM, QFlow and Kyra. They work very closely with the clinical teams and support their queries and follow up with GPs and other external Werribee Mercy Hospital stakeholders involved in patient care.

You are required to provide support to other team members and actively participate in key activities of Werribee Mercy Hospital. OPC Reception Team. 0.6 EFT Permanent position. 0.6 EFT fixed term contract until April 2023. Varied shifts depends upon the roster 07:30 am-4pm or 08:30am to 5pm. Opportunity to join our very active casual pool in OPC. HS1 classification.

About you experience working in Outpatient Clinics (desirable). Understanding of referral management and experience with iPM, Qflow and EHS or similar (desirable). Experience working in customer facing, faced paced and dynamic environment (essential).

Strong person centred focus and excellent conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated administrative and Microsoft Office skills. A motivated and “can-do” attitude with the ability to learn quickly and go the extra mile.
