Administration Officer Western Sydney Local Health District location Sydney. $33.45 - $34.26 per hour.

Where you'll be working western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region.

What you'll be doing management of Learning Management System, and all functions associated with student enrolment and course attendance including reports for the Director and annual training reports and support of sixteen statewide educators including development of training materials, evaluation of training reports, travel and accommodation arrangements and handout material.

Management of online programs and resources and of training, course and resource enquiries for contractors and participants. ECAV’s day to day operations is very busy and complex and requires administration staff to ensure the smooth running in particular all tasks related to the training calender of over 300 workshops per year and processing 4,500 participants per year as well as office reception and general administration duties.

Selection criteria comprehensive experience in administrative and secretarial support skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and knowledge of the NSW Health care system. Extensive experience with student management systems, databases and Moodle.

Demonstrated capacity to work with minimum supervision and to work effectively in a team. Highly developed skills in prioritisation, organisation, time management and completing tasks to deadlines. Demonstrated understanding of Cultural Competency. High level computer skills in word processing, PowerPoint, Excel, Oracle, Health Roster and a typing speed of 55+ words per minute.
