Together, we create thriving environments, communities and economies. Administration Officer Venues, Sydney Olympic Park Authority. Ongoing Full Time Opportunity, located at Sydney Olympic Park. Clerk Grade 3/4, salary relative to experience and ranges from $74,117 to $81,158 plus super.

Sydney Olympic Park Authority are responsible for the day-to-day management of all public places, 430 hectares of parklands and 7 sporting venues. This includes the management of buildings, facilities and landscape assets; delivery of programs and events; enhancing your experience, provision of sports and leisure facilities; conservation of water, energy and resources; protection of ecosystems, environment and heritage as well as the coordination of the precinct on a daily basis.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Administrative Officer to join our friendly Venues Management Team. This role is integral in supporting all the Venues in the key areas of casual employee recruitment and administrative co-ordination in areas such as training, child protection and contractor management.

About you you will have proven experience in delivering quality administrative services. Your high level time management and customer service skills will see you negotiating workable timeframes with competing client demands and priorities, addressing unforeseen issues and effectively managing a high volume of work independently.

Using initiative and judgement, and exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive issues or matters with significant implications is key to this role.
