About the role in this busy and rewarding role based at one of our modern Aged Care Communities, you will enjoy a broad scope of duties and responsibilities including invoicing and reconciling accounts, handling purchasing and office supplies.

Collaborating with leaders and rostering teams to manage rostering changes. Act as the first point of contact for all property maintenance issues. Partner with the recruitment and leadership teams to support recruitment and onboarding processes. Assist residents and their families with general queries. Provision of general administrative support to the manager and team.

About you to be considered for this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills including time management and experience juggling competing deadlines. Experience in an administrative, accounts or rostering role not essential but highly desirable. High levels of discretion and confidentiality to ensure sensitive matters are handled professionally and efficiently.
