Looking for an Administration Officer to work within the Child & Youth Mental Health Service. Overall System training will be given on the job. Where you'll be working across Child, Youth and Mental Health Service sites within the Northern Sydney Local Health District.

What you'll be doing the Administration Officer provides a comprehensive range of administration support and customer service to the staff and customers of NSLHD, in the pursuit of unit and department outcomes. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.

Proven competence in providing secretarial and administrative support including the management of complex diaries, appointment scheduling and providing full administrative support. Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to work under pressure and ability to complete detailed work in systematic and accurate manner.

Demonstrated proficient use of computers and a variety of software applications including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Staff link, PowerPoint, Recruitment On Boarding [ROB], WINC, Asset Facilities Management [AFM], Email programs and databases.

Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written, electronic, verbal and telephone communication skills and experience in liaison and high-level negotiation skills at all levels of the organisation with a wide range of stakeholders.

Ability to work independently without supervision and problem-solve in order to reliably contribute to achievement of organisational skills. Current Australian Drivers Licence.
