Taylored Support Coordination is a growing NDIS provider located in the “Heart of Penrith”. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities and making a difference. The Position Available is part-time (32 hours per week). Attractive Salary + Benefits. About the role taylored Support is entering an exciting phase of growth and expansion, we are looking for an Administration Support to join our growing team! You will work with our Operations Manager to ensure all day-to-day tasks are running smoothly, and assisting our Support Coordinator’s with general administration duties.

You will also be required to establish strong rapport and working relationships with a range of stakeholders including People with Disability & their family members, NDIS Local Area Coordinators, NDIS Planners, internal and external service providers.

Key responsibilities provide daily administration support to the Operations Manager. Answering incoming calls, transferring to the appropriate staff and/or taking messages. Handling client enquiries. General administration duties such as document preparation, filing, scanning, managing email inboxes & taking meeting minutes.

Calendar and diary management. Entering and maintaining data in CRM. Answering internal and external enquiries. Assisting support coordinators with NDIS plan budgets, researching services & providers, keeping up to date on the latest NDIS updates & news. Assisting in social media management (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn). Entering detailed case notes in CRM.

Skills and experience minimum of a Cert III in Business Administration (Willing to study). Minimum 1 year experience in similar role. Basic understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Current NSW Driver’s Licence. Reliable Vehicle. Working with Children’s Check (Paid). Police check/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
