Administration Officer Ministry of Justice location Auckland.
About the role we have a permanent position for an Administration Officer working to support the Operations and Service Delivery group, including the Central Registry, Collections and Registry Contact Centre.
As an Administration Officer you will offer administrative support and manage the facilities for multiple work groups based in Ellerslie, Auckland.
Skills and experience to be successful in the role we are looking for an enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude with the following skills efficient problem solver. Displays confident decision making.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. An excellent team player. Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will be working in a supportive team environment with training and ongoing coaching that supports your individual development.
