Administration Officer The Children's Tumour Foundation location Sydney. $50,000 - $64,999.

Opportunity to join the Children's Tumour Foundation (CTF). Make a real difference to the Neurofibromatosis (NF) Community. Part-time opportunity available at our North Strathfield NSW office.

Aspire to join a successful team that love what they do. We are seeking an organised and detail focused individual to join our fast-paced and collaborative team as our Administration Officer.

The role this is a supporting role with the Support Services Team (SST), Marketing and Fundraising Team (MFT) and CEO. It will include assisting the Support Coordinators to provide frontline support to NF community members and their families.

The role will involve developing relationships across all key stakeholder groups to ensure the organisation can operate to its full potential.

Key responsibilities support Services Administration. Provide data management support within Salesforce to ensure the integrity of client and supporter data records are up-to-date for use by the SST.

Provide logistical support for programs, courses and community events conducted by the SST. Assemble Health Management Kits and post resources and merchandise to NF stakeholders as required by the SST.

Generate performance reports for the SST as required. Reception duties and manage the Support Services Team calendar. Enhance and maintain database of NF Specialists for each state. Marketing and Fundraising Administration.

Process phone, mail and third-party platform fundraising income to ensure prompt acknowledgement, donor receipting and reporting. Attend post office and bank as required. Assemble and post resources and merchandise as required by MFT.

Assist with ordering and maintaining stock levels of CTF merchandise and collateral. Assist MFT with data for use in newsletters and eDMs. Provide logistical support for programs, courses and community events conducted by the MFT.

Office administration provide support to CEO as required. Establish and maintain contract management of a range of suppliers including ICT, office supplies, utilities and other ad hoc suppliers as required. Assess supplier performance and ensure suppliers meet organisation needs.

Establish and maintain systems to ensure effective day to day operations, including: ICT systems, office maintenance and OH&S.  Participate in team meetings and professional development as required. Assist with data entry, invoicing, funder acquittal and queries from finance team.

Personal attributes current certified Salesforce Administrator credentials (desirable) or experience with Salesforce. At least 2 years' experience in a similar role. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Strong experience using MS Office applications. Experience with Xero Accounting software or similar accounting package. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compassionate and empathic manner and ability to work with a range of stakeholders from NF community members to healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, passionate team.
