The role the administration officer is responsible for providing general administrative support for the practice manager and program staff and is the initial first point of contact support for enquiries and requests for information from clients, members of the public and government agencies.

Some of the key elements of this role assist with program and project support including undertaking basic research and report preparation. Preparation of materials and resources required for the facilitation of programs and client work. Organize meetings including distribute agendas, book rooms, organize catering and take minutes for team meetings, planning days and other meetings as required.

Coordinate site requirements for multiple stakeholders. Provide reception relief as required. You to be a successful candidate you will have strong experience in an administrator role, with experience supporting a client-focused program desirable. Experience managing, coordinating site requirements and financial administration of programs.

Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong digital literacy and proficiency in microsoft office, internet and data base applications. Experience assisting with the development of systems and processes. Good organisational and planning skills including ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid working with children check.
