Description

Administration Officer genU location Melbourne. $23 per hour.

As the administration officer you will welcome clients with professionalism and friendliness. You will provide high-level process and administrative support through short- and long-term course bookings, preparation and coordination of training resources and data entry.

You will also partake in general administration duties and develop and maintain effective working relationships with genu training, other genu branches and external organisations. Based in flemington, this is a part-time, ongoing position. You will occasionally travel to our other metro sites to assist where needed.

About you our ideal Administration Officer has exceptional customer service and communication skills with excellent written and verbal skills. You will have meticulous organisational and time management skills and a demonstrated high level of attention to detail. You will also be proficient in MS Office.

Essential requirements relevant administration qualification or prior experience. VETtrak data entry skills and experience. Experience working in a training environment. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, incorporating effective planning, time management and organisational skills to achieve quality outcomes.

Demonstrated commitment to customer service, with a continuous improvement focus. A flexible attitude and proven ability to prioritise in a busy office environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain. Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless you are an Excepted Person as defined by the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions. All applicants must therefore be able to comply with this requirement.
