About the role a vacancy exists for a highly motivated Administration Officer to join our team at SVPCHG. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring all administrative & customer services are provided in a person centred care manner, within the philosophy, mission & values of St Vincent’s Health Australia. The role also includes providing administrative support to the facility & coordinating consulting suites whilst adhering to the policies and procedures of SVPCHG & St Vincent’s Health Australia. The position involves participation in a rotating roster including early & late shifts and Saturday mornings. Skills/experience high level of customer service, communication & interpersonal skills to interact with patients, visiting medical officers & staff, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment whilst maintaining accuracy, time management skills, high-level computer literacy, experience in a hospital administration setting is not essential, if you are open to learning & applying your skills to a new industry please apply.
