Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) and Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer. AGPAL is the leading provider of accreditation and related quality improvement services to general practices in Australia.

AGPAL's subsidiary organisation Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) delivers comprehensive accreditation and support services across the health and human service continuum. The primary role of the position is to provide administration support to AGPAL and QIP Operations and the General Manager. This position will report directly to the General Manager, Operations.

The key deliverables of the role are facilitate and liaise with management regarding staff leave and team rostering. Maintain knowledge of all accreditation programs and undertake allocated tasks to support processes. Effective and timely reporting of outputs and performance.

Effective communication and telephone support to clients and stakeholders. High level administrative support and program knowledge in order to provide backup support for Client Liaison Officer (CLO) as required.

The successful candidate must possess strong administration experience. Competent knowledge and skills in the use of Microsoft Office products including outlook, word and excel. The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously to achieve organisational outcomes.

Excellent organisation and time management skills. High standard of communication skills verbal and written. Ability to proof read written material. Ability to multi-task; adhere to deadlines and timeframes, have attention to detail, follow through and accept responsibility. Ability to follow operational procedures. Understanding of or previous experience in the health sector would be desirable.
