Administration Officer Australian Catholic University Limited location Melbourne. $70,000 - $79,999.
Full time continuing role based in any of the ACU campuses in Ballarat, Blacktown, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, North Sydney or Strathfield. Provide high level course administration to the School's National Course Administration team. Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of services to support smooth progression of students throughout their study life cycle at ACU.

About the role as the course administration officer you will be responsible for providing a range of course administration support nationally. Working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders you will support the national school providing a quality student experience throughout their journey at acu.
More specifically the role entails providing administrative support for a range of course administration processes such as accreditation, results submission, course/unit moderation processes, and admissions. Facilitating workflows and tasks relating to student matters such as Student Waivers, Academic Honesty, Student Appeals and Supplementary Assessments.
Assisting in carrying out administrative tasks relating to Alternative Pathways, Postgraduate course administration, LANTITE and GTPA and the preparation of reports for the NSE / Faculty Executive and external government agencies.
You will need to have relevant tertiary qualification and/or an appropriate combination of professional training and relevant work experience, such as within a tertiary education or placement service environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, including stakeholders external to the organisation.
Demonstrated ability to manage and organise processes and systems to maximise work efficiencies and work effectiveness. A commitment to continuous improvement including the ability to make informed decisions, seek feedback and conduct reviews to achieve high quality outcomes that align with best practice.
Demonstrated ability to deliver a stakeholder centric service and take personal accountability to achieve high quality outcomes to provide service excellence. Total remuneration valued to $88,664 - $96,079 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $74,922 - $81,188 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff (we provide choice of fund in accordance with relevant legislation, with the University’s nominated default superannuation provider as UniSuper).
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks’ salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
