Administration Officer Ezy Projects location Brisbane.
Ezy Projects is a local family-oriented business with strong links to the community. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high quality customer service with both internal and external clients and to develop a good working relationship with customers. This position can be based at either Loganholme or Hendra (close to DFO Brisbane Airport).
Duties and responsibilities you will utilise your previous experience to support Ezy Projects Administration and Construction team who manage the business projects and customer service facets of our service delivery.
Your responsibilities provide claims coordination to the wider administration and construction team. Assist with screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate parties as required. Actively manage as assigned portfolio of claims, ensuring adherence to KPI's. Process assessment bookings and ensure they’re actioned within a timely manner to the assessors and estimators of the business as required. Conduct triage calls to customers and clients to ensure all claim information has been captured. Conduct routine follow-up of outstanding contracts and required scope of works. Provide assistance to the Ezy Projects claims team and management where required whilst managing relationships in providing a high-level of customer service to clients. Establish, update and maintain Ezy Projects internal job management system. Perform additional office duties when directed.
Skills and experience to be successful in this role you will have to provide excellent customer service and successfully manage customer expectations and complaints. Your administrative and organisational skills are vital to ensure all tasks are managed correctly, clearly communicated and recorded against the project. Applicants must be able to work without supervision, as well as in a team oriented collaborative environment. You will also have excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients.
Key experience minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. Previous experience in the Insurance, Real Estate or Construction industry is admired. Previous experience in customer service and fast-paced environments. Highly developed time management and prioritisation skills. Excellent telephone manner. Excellent self-presentation. Sufficient computer skills in Microsoft Suite. Ability to multi-task and prioritise. The successful candidate will have the willingness to develop, learn new skills, be adaptable to new environments and grow within the company.
