Administration officer 1 year fixed term part time role. Ministry of social development contact centre in Dunedin. MSD is an essential service and continues to provide services to support New Zealanders. We are building our resources in the Contact Centre Services in Dunedin to provide as much support as possible to our clients and now require an excellent Administrator to help with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Are you looking for a part time hours role. Do you have experience in various administrative and stock management tasks. Are you great at establishing positive working relationships. If so, we have the role for you. We are looking for an Administration Officer who can work 6 hours per day, 5 days a week for a fixed term period of one year. About you you are a positive and organised team player who is proactive and flexible. You must be able to cope with regular interruptions, repetitive tasks and can manage conflicting deadlines. Time management and the ability to self-manage is a must in this role.
You will also specifically have intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and experience supporting a team in an administrative capacity. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing. Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with others. Experience in Minute taking and events organising. Experience in goods ordering, accounts payable and receipting. Experience in recruitment administration tasks. Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task daily. Excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail. Starting salary: $54,707 per annum, pro rata for part time hours.
