Administration Officer Uniting NSW & ACT location Sydney.

About the role this is permanent part-time opportunity working 5 days/ week 30 hours and will be located at Foyer Central- Chippendale. This role provides administration support to the Foyer Central team. Foyer Central is an independent living program providing support for 53 young people aged 18-22 with a lived experience of OOHC on site. This role is responsible for providing administrative support including reception and back of house coordination to the Foyer Central team, based on site in Chippendale.

In this role you will need to meet funding and performance requirements, ethical and professional standards, administer data and knowledge management systems and provide agile support to the team as required for more details refer to the attached job description.

What you need to succeed certificate 4 in Business Administration or equivalent experience (desirable)

Knowledge of financial and document control systems. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written; and demonstrated ability to apply these skills across a variety of engagements with participants, Uniting services, external stakeholders, employees, and senior management. Strong experience in development and implementation of office systems and procedures

Accurate word processing and presentation skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Proven organisational skills and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail, accuracy and work to deadlines. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
