Together we Make the difference the Program Administration Officer works with the Parenting Services Team to offer administrative support across the programs, primarily in the Access to Early Learning program to ensure and maintain operations. The Program Administration Officer must provide accurate processing of the core administration duties, record keeping and excellent customer service within business timeframes.

What you will bring ability to demonstrate and display City of Melbourne Values – accountability, integrity, courage, respect for self and others, and striving for excellence. Provide general administrative support within required timeframes, including but not limited to, scanning, copying and filing, data entry, documentation management, and ad-hoc administrative support. Program and services information support maintained and updated. Maintenance and administration support of internal documentation.

Archiving liaise with other internal business support staff, information sharing and support if required ensure data and information is handled and processed in accordance with data protection and confidentiality guidelines. Liaise with the Coordinator Parenting Services to maintain integrity of the program and its alignment with the service aims and objectives and in accordance with funding bodies. Provide accurate and quality advice and information verbally, in person and in writing to internal and external customers. Participate in continuous improvement activities within the service, and contribute to improving process quality and service turnaround times.
