Description

Administration Officer MRAEL location Mackay & Coalfields. A full-time Administration Officer is being sought to join MRAEL’s AASN Provider team based in Mackay. The successful candidate will have attention to detail, be organised and thorough and enjoy learning systems and processes. They will provide administration support to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of Australian Apprenticeship documentation and quality customer service. Key responsibilities examine and process documentation to a high standard of accuracy, ensure processes and records comply with australian and queensland government requirements, manage tasks and priorities to ensure contractual and legislative timeframes are met and compliance is achieved. Skills required demonstrated experience in previous administrative roles, excellent attention to detail, willingness to learn and continuously develop skills, ability to adhere to processes and guidelines, intermediate to high level administrative skills and computer skills, good communication and problem solving skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise work, knowledge of the australian apprenticeship system is not required but is highly desirable, if successful for an interview you may be asked to complete administration testing. Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. A current national police check and working with children blue card will be required and can be arranged for the suitable applicant.
