Administration Manager or Personal Assistant Office National Kalgoorlie location Kalgoorlie. $75,000 – $85,000 per year.

About the business office National Kalgoorlie is a 100% locally owned business specialising in Office Products, Photocopiers & Print Solutions. Based in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia and Servicing the greater WA Goldfields region.

About the role the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations and maintaining accurate records. This role will suit an individual who is a great multi-tasker that can react quickly and be proactive in a dynamic environment, taking pride in their work and has a can-do attitude.

The key focuses administrative and Operations Support. Supplier and Debtor Management. Accurate data input including general ledger transactions (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable).

Bank Account Reconciliations. Provide timely, effective, and professional customer service in accordance with the Company standards. Payroll Processing including STP submission & reconciliation.

HR quality Assurance complete general administration duties as required and supporting other departments.

About you minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts administration or similar role. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skill, both written and verbal with a high attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong time management, administrative and organisational skills. Have high standards.
