Administration Clerk Counties Medical LP location Auckland.

Counties Medical is a fast growing, GP & Urgent Care organisation across two sites - Papakura & Takanini. We also have a brand-new medical centre being opened in November. The Administration Clerks position focuses on accounts reconciliation (payable and receivable), check and balances of bulk funding, cash, debtors and creditor management, and monthly reporting of statistics and data. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person with experience in administrative support as detailed above for a Monday to Friday, full time position.

This could be you if you also possess the following knowledge of MedTech 32 or Evolution. Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experienced with spreadsheet and information gathering and reporting i.e. excel / word / outlook. A good understanding of accuracy in revenue and expenditure. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary medical team. An ability to meet deadlines.
