Administration Clerk Shift Towing and Transport location Melbourne.
About the business Shift Towing and Transport is a vastly growing company who contracts for government and non government organisations.
The role as an Administration Clerk you will be a valued team member based at our Craigieburn depot. You will be a support to our director and our accounts team, helping to answer phones, process and reconcile invoices and general office duties. The position is a causal position offering 3 days a week Monday to Wednesday from 9 till 5:30.
Duties processing of invoices/payments. Maintaining operational spreadsheets. Maintaining relationships with current clients, Data entry. Answering and dealing with customer enquires. General administration duties such as filing and mail preparation.
Requirements able to efficiently and accurately process data. Is pro-active in their approach to work and learning new skills. Motivated to work in a team environment. Office experience is preferable, but not essential. Good understanding of Xero accounting software. Good understanding of Microsoft Excel. Punctual and Reliable. Experience preferred however not essential. Training will be provided. Hold a current Drivers’ License. Must have permanent work rights in Australia with no restrictions.
