Your role

An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join our collaborative Transport Accident Compensation (TAC) team and WorkSafe Recoveries practice on a full-time, permanent basis. We are looking for someone with a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent organisational skills to work in a busy team environment.

As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:

High volume file management including file opening and electronic filing
Database management and coordination
Email and phone management
Printing and filing of correspondence and emails
Billing, reporting and general accounts
Diary management including organising meetings
Assisting with document production and amendments including use of precedents
General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and conducting searches as required
Monitoring key dates such as advices, appeal dates

What you need

The successful candidate will also possess the following attributes:

Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own
Self-motivated and an ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
Strong understanding of MS Office applications
Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
