The role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent part time Administration Assistant to join our Real Estate Stream Solutions team. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities and the confidence to work independently within our dynamic team.

As a key addition to our team, some of the responsibilities will include:

Arranging for receipting, investing and disbursements of deposit money from our trust account
Reviewing executed contract documents and entering data into our systems
Opening files and conducting property and company searches
Maintaining client database records
Archiving and other administrative tasks
Report drafting and liaising with clients
Assisting with issuing of contract documents for signing and settlement processes

What you need:

The successful candidate will ideally have some administration experience as well as the following attributes:

Great communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Effective prioritisation and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines
A collaborative team player who can also work independently
