Administration Assistant or Receptionist Evado Studios location Melbourne. $27 – $35 per hour.

Evado Studios work at our original & largest studio in busy Burwood Rd, Hawthorn. Dynamic, innovative & expanding organisation in Melbourne. Be part of an exciting rehab & fitness group. We are looking for 1-2 enthusiastic and positive team member/s to join our Hawthorn and/or Clayton studio teams.

Our studios offer a wide range of rehabilitation and fitness services and is led by the principal Physiotherapist. The Evado team is enthusiastic, diligent and passionate about health and wellbeing. By developing quality and trusting relationships with our clients, our service is highly personable and our culture is highly infectious.

The position this role is suitable for people who are interested in the administrative aspect of a Physiotherapy & fitness studio. University students are encouraged to apply. We are a dynamic & energetic team and are need new team members to naturally have this disposition. Reception staff play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and consistent delivery of office processes. These two points underpin the stability and success of our studios.

Relevant points to the job thorough workplace induction introducing you to policies and procedures. Microsoft Office skills. Use of EFTPOS / HICAPS terminal. Accounts receivables. Social media posting. We have 15-30 hours per week available. Shift times are flexible with a combination of morning and evening shifts from Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings.
