Administration Assistant or Reception Western Mailing location Auckland.

If you are a professional, friendly and methodical person who strives to achieve excellence in office administration, you’ll be the perfect fit for our busy office. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be a key member of Western’s Production team and the primary administration contact for our daily communication with NZ Post.

This full-time role is based in Avondale and is a combination of reception tasks and administration duties including data entry reporting for the Production Team. Western Mailing delivers high quality print and digital communication solutions for a wide variety of businesses throughout New Zealand.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a “can do” attitude and a sense of humour are essential. You must be reliable, adaptable to change and have great attention to detail. Training will be given to the successful candidate whilst being a competent user of Outlook/Word/Excel is expected.
