Administration Assistant Chris Barnard Nursing Agency location Melbourne.

The Company Chris Barnard Health Recruitment is part of a well established and well respected  nursing agency and recruitment company located in Malvern East that has been running for over 13 years. The role is diverse and interesting with potential to provide a pathway into a long-term career opportunity in recruitment. Initially the role would be to provide administration assistance and resource candidates.

Th candidate should work on site duties would include the following sourcing suitable candidates. Updating and maintaining our operating systems. Maintaining data relating to contracts and placements. Ensuring compliance of candidates and members. Candidate care. Writing advertisements and maintaining our advertising.

Essential Skills available to work on site - 20 hours per week in our office in Malvern East - 10 min from the train station. 1-2 years of experience in administration role. Experience in resourcing. The ability to form strong, lasting relationships.

Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal. Highly developed computer skills. Meticulous attention to details. Organised and methodical. Flexible and resilient in fast paced retail environment. A desire to learn and grow in the role. Great phone manner.

Desirable a background in health (preference given to a background in aged care). A solid working knowledge of Linkedin and Seek.

You will be a warm, friendly and approachable individual who is able to establish, develop and grow relationships. You will be intuitive and be a great trouble shooter – solution focused. A keen desire to grow and develop your career in “all things recruitment related”. The ability to communicate and relate to people at all levels. Enthusiastic and focused on getting the job done. Keen to ensure records are up to date and accurate.
