Administration Assistant part time SLE Engineering location Darwin. Must have extensive experience using myob, must have current nt drivers licence. In your new role you will find yourself supporting the management team with duties including but not limited to answering and distributing all phone calls and taking detailed messages, meeting and greeting all customers and guests and ensuring sign-in is completed, matching supplier invoices with purchase orders and entering them into myob, monthly reconciliation of all supplier accounts, processing weekly payroll for up to 25 staff in myob, managing all incoming and outgoing mail, high volume data entry including time sheets and job cards, filing and archiving, manage daily/weekly/monthly registers including job number, annual leave, uniforms, vehicle, ppe, training and induction matrix, maintain sufficient supplies of ppe at all times, maintain reception area ensuring it is kept neat and tidy at all times, ad hoc administrative tasks as required and requested by the management team. What you'll need to succeed to succeed in this versatile and integral role you will require 3 + years reception/administration experience, bright and bubbly personality with strong customer service skills, drive and motivation to go above and beyond in your day to day duties, ability to show initiative and think outside the box, computer literate with intermediate microsoft excel skills and outlook skills, website maintenance skills would be an advantage, immediate start, monday – friday 9:00am – 2:00pm.
