Administration Assistant Precision Medical location Sydney.

Precision Medical is a privately owned Australian company based in Artarmon. We design and develop software for the Healthcare industry in both the Australian and New Zealand market. We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time administration assistant to work 16 hours a week, with the opportunity for additional hours. This position would be ideal for a student as flexibility to fit in with your study schedule can be offered. We are looking for someone that is reliable and honest and will fit in well with our friendly team.

Roles and responsibilities assist in the preparation of quotes and process client orders. Assist in the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Data entry for accounts and assisting with month-end. General office tasks; filing and photocopying. Ad hoc documentation preparation tasks. Assisting in stock management.  For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to assist in designing and developing marketing documentation.

Essential criteria excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office. Reliable, hard-working and honest. Capable of working as part of a team and independently. High level of attention to detail. Excellent time management skills and well organised.

Desirable criteria previous administrative, accounts or customer service experience. An interest in or experience in graphic design. Experience with Jiwa software.
