Administration Assistant Hospeco Pty Ltd location Sydney.

Hospeco is a National business, with a strong brand and footprints in each state. As an industry leader we offer a diverse range of hygiene and cleaning products to our solid customer base. We are searching for a committed, energetic and experienced person to take on the role of a full time Administration Assistant / Customer Service. You will be working closely with our Administration, Finance and External sales staff.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to handling Reception. Updating Technical data sheets and Material safety data sheets. Invoicing, Filing and data entry. Assisting with other general admin tasks as required. Organising dispatch and emailing customer invoices and statements. Answering customer service enquiries via phone, email and in person. First point of contact to clients. Creating and processing invoices. Ad hoc administration support including filing, archiving, etc.

To be considered for the position please ensure you have minimum 3 years in an office Administration position. Reckon Desktop / Fishbowl (Highly desirable). Exceptional Communication. Ability to work in a diverse team.
