An opportunity exists for a part-time Administration Assistant to join our small team at our Head Office in Waterloo, Sydney who support our amazing volunteers located across 13 countries in the Asia Pacific region. The position is 29 hours per week, with flexibility to spread over either 4 or 5 days per week. This is a varied role responsible for a wide range of office administration tasks and support to ensure the organisational effectiveness and efficiency of our Head Office along with coordinating and assisting with implementing our marketing and communication activities.

Specific duties include managing merchandise, online sales & inventory. Managing all accounts receivable transactions including processing in MYOB. Database management. Google accounts administration. Website maintenance and editing. Coordinating monthly member newsletters via Mailchimp. Coordinating marketing collateral development for projects and events. Social media postings. Ad hoc support in all administration tasks. Ad hoc support in all marketing & communication activities.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience previous experience in varied administration roles. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to work autonomously and with initiative. Good communication & customer service skills. Good time management & organisational skills. Must have own car & drivers license. Desirable Skills, Knowledge & Experience.

MYOB experience accounts receivable processing experience. Website maintenance & editing experience. Database management experience. Previous experience or interest in marketing & social media activities. Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform experience.
