Administration Assistant Macquarie University location Sydney. $69k - $74k p.a.Full Time.

Salary Package  From $69,152 to $74,531 p.a. (HEW Level 4), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading. Appointment Type  Full time, continuing position. Macquarie University (North Ryde) location. In this role you will be responsible for updating promotional materials, websites and documents within University guidelines. You will provide support with the coordination of learning and teaching events.

This role will report to the Operations Manger and will also provide support to the Directors in the Learning and Teaching portfolio and the Operations team. Monitoring office supplies and ordering of stock when required. Gather information and prepare documentation in support of operational decision making. Contribute to the identification and development of improvements in business processes to ensure overall efficiency and effectiveness.

About you you will be someone who applies knowledge of standard processes, procedures, systems and/or techniques to identify and implement solutions to problems. You will have tertiary qualification, administrative experience in business administration or relevant discipline, IT skills including Microsoft Office, excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage and prioritise critical, often complex tasks, against competing deadlines.

You will have strong communication skills and high level of customer service skills. You will enjoy working effectively in a team environment and independently from time to time in a proactive manner.
