About the role we currently have a fantastic part time opportunity for a passionate and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team.  The role reports to the Clinical Services Manager and will see you providing integral support across two site - Caboolture and Morayfield. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who's looking for a role that provide great work life balance.  As an Administration Assistant in the team, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Clinical Services Manager (Brisbane North).

This will include all general administrative duties required for the smooth day to day operations of the reception function. Respond to external and internal telephone calls and emails. Maintaining office supplies, and facility requirements. Helping with fleet vehicle maintenance, service and reporting. Reconciliation of credit card and petty cash, process purchase orders in Business Central.

This is a max term contract role until 30 June 2021, working a minimum of 15 hours per week but with scope to increase that up to 30 hours per week. We are happy to negotiate with the successful candidate.

About you to be successful in the role, you will possess the following skills and experience qualifications in administration or business (Minimum Certificate III). Demonstrated experience in providing a high standard of confidential administrative support. Well-developed client liaison and interpersonal skills, including experience working in an environment requiring confidentiality and sensitivity.

Experience providing support for financial functions, ie. Banking, purchase orders, data entry into financial system. Previous experience or demonstrated interest in working with a non-profit organization. Highly developed skills using MS suite of applications including the design of tables, charts and spreadsheets. Current Australian Drivers Licence.
