Administration Assistant Paycat location Sydney.

We are a young dynamic accounting firm based in South Western Sydney. We like to work hard and have fun while doing it. There is an opportunity for this position to become an Office manager and take the business to the next level as we grow.

Qualifications & experience working in an accounting firm (preferable but not required). Experience in Reception/office admin duties would be ideal. Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel & Access). Experience using Xero software (preferable but not required). Professional verbal and written communication skills. Able to work unsupervised. Present themselves in a professional and honest manner. Show initiative, is proactive and able to adapt to various work situations. Must always be punctual.

Tasks & responsibilities greeting clients, answering phone calls and voicemails in a professional and pleasant manner. Assist with Xero reconciliation as required as we assist clients with their payroll function. Perform daily admin duties eg photocopying, scanning, filing and preparing letters as requested. Assist the Business owner as required.
