Administration Assistant Total Health Chiropractic location Wellington.

We are looking for a part time administrative assistant to join our team at Total Health Chiropractic. You will play a key role in helping ensure the smooth running of the back end tasks of our practice which make it possible for us to help our people and fulfill our mission of creating a healthier community full of people getting more out of life.

You will need to be available to work 12-15 hours a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays) with there being flexibility on office location. The following skills and attributes will make you an ideal candidate for the role excellent attention to detail and an eye for numbers. A high level of proficiency in using a computer. Great written and verbal communication skills. Prior administrative experience is ideal but not a must. Enjoy tasks that involve fine details, and an ability to follow instructions well and use initiative where needed to problem-solve.

Some of the tasks involved for this role include Billing ACC on a regular basis. Receipting direct debit payments. Collating invoices from suppliers, Invoicing clients, Reporting of statistics. Supporting the chiropractic assistants with general administrative tasks, and Appointment book auditing.
