Currently, our client is seeking a Part-Time Administration Assistant to join their service team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an organisation and a team that has an outstanding workplace culture.  We are seeking a positive individual who has the natural ability to build rapport with key stakeholders. This position would suit a candidate who has 2-3 years of administration experience and looking to further expand their skill set with a supportive team.

This position will see the successful candidate complete follow-ups with suppliers, general administration duties, including working on spreadsheets and liaising with internal departments.  It is essential that the successful candidate is flexible to grow with the position, including hours if required.

To be successful in application you will be seeking a long term position. Have intermediate Microsoft office experience, particularly in Word and Excel. Consider yourself a motivated and positive individual. Have solid communication skills. Possess the ability to talk and build rapport with other quickly. Experience with PRONTO is advantageous. Due to location and start/finish, times have your own reliable transport. Be able to provide two recent work-related references.
