The role our Mackay facility has three positions available: Customer Service Officer (AM shift), Admin Assistant (PM shift), and Fixed Term Admin Assistant (PM shift). The purpose of these roles is to provide quality customer-focused services to external and internal customers, ensuring the professional and efficient operation of the Administration and Customer Service Departments.

Key responsibilities duties will be general administration and customer service in orientation and may include but not be limited to attend to customers delivering in freight and collecting freight from the depot, processing all relevant documentation efficiently and accurately.

Efficient and accurate preparation and processing of system requirements and documentation for all inbound and outbound loads. Respond to queries from customers, both internal and external in a prompt, professional manner. Thorough and accurate debrief process for associated driver and loader documentation. Production of Administration Audit reports and timely resolution of discrepancies. Active support and participation in quality management procedures and practices. Compliance with Toll policies and procedures and Employee Code of Practice. Other freight office and administrative duties as required.

Skills & experience strong Admin background coupled with the ability to learn new IT packages. Customer service orientation - detailed understanding and strong curiosity about our customers and what adds value to them. Ability to apply logic and experience to make timely, sound judgements. Results orientation - commits to ensuring goals are achieved. Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Microsoft office suite expertise including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Personal standards of honesty and integrity
