Administration Assistant Private Advertiser location Canterbury.

About the role this opportunity will see you supporting the daily operations of this busy practice. While no two days will ever be the same, you can expect to be providing reception cover, invoicing, handling mail, completing the daily banking and other adhoc requirements to ensure the day to day administrational activities of this practice run smoothly.

This role is part time, with the ideal days and hours of work being 9am-2pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. However, some negotiation and flexibility are available for the right person.

About you to be right for this role you will be, friendly, hardworking, with a can-do attitude. Your previous experience and proven skills will include competent use of the Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional customer service. Accounts/ invoicing. Accurate data entry and note taking.

Preference will be given to applicants with the following prior experience with practice management systems (PMS). In medical or health related environment. Debt collection and overdue account management.
