About the role a full-time position exists for a fun, self motivated person to take on the role of Reception / Administration, who is reliable and enthusiastic about their work. Position overview you will be responsible for the entire front desk operations whilst on duty. Working closely with managers you will be assisting in the operations of rostering, marketing and administration for Empowered ensuring a high standard of work at all times. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail with pro-active attitude to all responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for day to day operations of the front desk including answering phones, meet and greet participants and providing PA support to our office staff. Essential criteria a minimum of two years' experience working in an administrate role, an energetic personality, a willingness to learn and have fun, exceptional telephone manner, must have a positive, nothing is too hard attitude, high level of understanding and skills in microsoft office software, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organisational skills with the capacity to work under pressure. Desirable criteria certificate iv in business administration, knowledge and understanding of the ndis, previous experience in the disability sector. All training will be provided.
