Classified as an ‘essential service’, they have built partnerships with a wide-range of customers within the Airline, Warehousing & Logistics, Food & Pharmaceutical, and Mining sectors to name a few, and are renowned for continually delivering high-quality, value driven products.

Your role due to continued growth, an opportunity is now available for a developing Admin Assistant to work closely with the Office Manager and head office providing varied support to ensure the efficient running of the office and the continued delivery of their high standard of service to customers.

Some of your responsibilities will include assisting with inbound customer enquiries and | or directing to appropriate team member. Recording (data processing) all new equipment | product in the database. Creating documentation for new orders. Processing of accounts payable invoices. Tracking all equipment | product movements in Excel (data processing). Recording employee expenses. Ordering office supplies. Coordinating maintenance of office equipment.

Required Skills & experience previoius experience in an office admin assistant role. Intermediate MS Word & Excel skills. Some experience processing accounts and using MYOB (or similar) an advantage. Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
