Job description we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team in various areas including recruitment, marketing, and search. Reporting to the Marketing and Administration Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively to provide exceptional service to our clients and candidates. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting our consultants throughout the entire recruitment process. This includes managing candidate communications, interview scheduling, and post-placement duties managing our databases to ensure up-to-date, clean company data. Creating, updating and filing company documents and records.

Supporting the Marketing and Administration Executive in the creation and maintenance of IP/User Manuals for the company. Supporting the Marketing and Administration Executive in the creation and maintenance of new administrative processes and systems for the company. Uploading job listings to the KM Talent website. Supporting the Marketing and Administration Executive in the planning and management of KM Talent-hosted and sponsored events. Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Access to a suitable remote working environment.
