Administration Assistant (Family Engagement) – Work From Home. Pacific Online Christian School is expanding quickly and are inviting applications for a part-time administration assistant. We are an innovative Year 7 to Year 12 Christian school belonging to the Pacific Group of Christian Schools. We emphasise excellence and growth in Christian character with a vision ‘to provide a Christian educational community as a centre of teaching, learning and serving excellence founded on Biblically-based beliefs, values and behaviour’.

The School seeks a part-time Administration Assistant to support the Director and Administration Coordinator with general administrative duties and building community with our families. We are looking for someone who can develop warm connections with our families using internal and external communications, including Microsoft Sway and Social media platforms.

This position is 0.4 FTE (Monday to Friday preferable, but negotiable) and is a flexible working-from-home role requiring someone with great organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised. This important family engagement position requires an enthusiastic and well-organised person with excellent interpersonal skills.
