Apply for Administration Assistant at Lifetime Wealth Planners This growing Financial Planning Practice is seeking a motivated independent person to work in its Concord office (Inner West). Working up to 25 hours a week and/or days to suit, you will be working in a supportive environment.  

Duties and responsibilities complete clerical and other office duties as required. Diary Management. Preparation of meetings. Addressing client and adviser enquiries. Maintenance of files, filing systems & the office, Client Liaison.

Qualifications high level of commercial acumen. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM database management. High client service orientation. Sound problem solving ability. Highly focussed on corporate goals and objectives.

We are seeking a person who is confident in their work ethic and takes an organised approach to their daily schedule. You will enjoy having an autonomous role and ideally will have a very strong administration background. A through understanding of MS Office and Outlook is considered a prerequisite.
