Administration Assistant Peckys location Sydney.

Peckys Disability Services (Peckys) has been operating in the local Blacktown area since 1981, providing quality support and services including day programs, accommodation support and weekend recreation services for more than 200 clients.

We currently have an exciting new role for an Administration Assistant to work in our administration team in our head office at Plumpton. Reporting to the Office Administrator, this role is 2 days per week working 9am – 3pm Mondays and Fridays, with an opportunity to increase hours as the role develops.

We are looking for someone who is well presented and can demonstrate high level of customer service via phone, email, face to face interaction. Professional communication skills. Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities include providing general administrative support functions including reception and telephone duties, filing/setting up files, and printing/photocopying. Providing administrative support to the Management team, including administration tasks and management of the site facilities as requested.

Monitoring of stationery and other consumable requirements, banking and general errands. Completing reports and paperwork as required. Maintaining customer management record systems including accurate data entry and supporting appropriate record keeping processes. Maintaining positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Selection Criteria 2 years in a similar role NDIS Screening check, or a willingness to obtain prior to work commencement. Excellent Microsoft suite skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Competent data entry and numeracy skills. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Reliable, punctual and able to work autonomously, Driver’s licence. Flexibility to work additional days during occasional busy periods and Adobe experience would be highly regarded.
