Administration Assistant Structen Pty Ltd Sydney.

We are a Commercial Construction Company currently located in Camden NSW, looking to relocate within 20 minutes of the Rouse Hill area in the near future. This is a part time role (3 days per week) for a friendly, energetic individual to assist with Administration associtaed with our tendering processes.

You do not need to understand estimating, although some knowledge of the construction industry would be helpful. You will spend a LOT of time on the phone speaking with Sub Contractors, sending out tender packages, generating and maintaining spreadsheets, assisting with cost comparisons, and tender document preparation. Qualifications in Business Administration would also be highly regarded.

You must be fluent in English. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent grammar, be computer literate - Word, Excel and Outlook as an absolute minimum. Be incredibly organised. We are seeking a team member looking for a long term future with our company, who is available for an immediate start. Salary will be determined upon discussion, taking into consideration the experience and qualifications of the applicant.
