Administration Assistant St Patrick's College location Launceston and North East.

The opportunity skilled administrators with exceptional coordination and communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply for this exciting, dynamic, permanent part-time opportunity as Administration Assistant – Co-Curricular. Working within a supportive Catholic school environment, you will report to the Deputy Principal – Administration & Community Engagement and will effectively deliver a range of reception / office administration assistance to support the Co-Curricular Music department and Creative Arts Faculty.

You will be responsible for customer service and administration in relation to student entries into external music/drama examinations and competitions, annual music information booklets, enrolment and activity databases for Music tuition and ensemble students at St Patrick’s College and Catholic primary schools as well as assisting with the organisation of art tours, camps, events, concerts, soirees, performances and eisteddfods and Launceston competitions. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.

About you as an experienced, highly organised and self-motivated administrator, you will have excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships. Excellent customer service skills.
