We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to be a full-time member of our team based in our Brisbane Head Office in Spring Hill. The Administration Assistant will support to the IT Manager and the National Clinical Governance Manager with the provision of timely and professional assistance to support programs, applications and systems required by CURA Day Hospitals Group and Fresenius Kidney Care (FKC).

We are wanting a fast learner with strong attention to detail.  Someone who is honest, reliable and has a reputation for demonstrating initiative.  You will be great at time management and importantly, be proficient in all aspects of Administration.

The successful candidate will have previous administration/reception experience preferred. Qualifications in Business Administration desirable. Comprehensive computer literacy and typing. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in an interactive environment as well as work with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in health care applications and programs desirable.
