Job description Administration Assistant, Wagga Wagga Youth Justice Community Office, Youth Justice, Temporary, Full time up to 6 months, Location: Wagga Wagga. Clerk Grade 1/2, Salary ($67,975 - $73,901 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role provide administrative services to internal and external clients to support the delivery of quality services for the unit. As an integral part of a team the role is responsible for managing administrative systems and procedures to deliver a high level of administrative and coordination support.

What you'll do as part of the Wagga Wagga Youth Justice Community office, you will undertake a range of administrative services relating to the business, including non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, collating documentation, maintaining electronic and file records and support with meetings and events to support the day-to-day operations of the team. Assist with financial and workforce transactional activities including purchasing, invoice processing, petty-cash, time-sheet management adhering to Departmental processes in accordance with relevant practices and standards.

You will also work within a broader Administration Assistant Area Team supervised by the Area Manager to support administration tasks that relate to the whole area. Use sensitivity, discretion and a professional manner when handling difficult and complex enquiries and issues. Work with minimal supervision and prioritising your own workload.

Being highly organised with experience providing timely administrative and support services to a team of professionals. Compiling information and be able to deliver multiple administrative support activities and services. In the Wagga Wagga YJCO, you will be working alongside a small team comprising an Area Manager, Assistant Manager, Caseworkers, and Psychologist.

What we're looking for possession of a NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance for paid employment.
