Administration Assistant Farrow Jamieson Ltd location Waikato.

This is a critical role supporting a General Manager to ensure the smooth and effective administration across the environmental and commercial business units.

Key skills and experience that will be valued ability to provide daily administrative support.

General office administration. Maintaining effective working relationships and managing competing agendas. Ability to present and implement administrative processes and systems. Advanced spoken and written communications and immaculate reporting. Assisting with the management of diaries, travel itineraries, accommodation, visas. Project Management and event/facilities experience helpful.

Also important some relevant Office/Administration background gained supporting a tea. Competency with Microsoft Office Suite. Habitually highly organised: Attention to Detail: Analytical. Having a continuous improvement desire and drive. Self-confidence, ability to think on your feet, take the unexpected in your stride. A fun, friendly approach to work - a positive attitude will take you far.
