Administration Assistant Randstad location Sydney.

The company this is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company operating in the services industry for over 30 years. Located in the heart of Narellan, this company offers flexible working hours, free on-site parking and a supportive management team.

The role as the Administration Assistant you will join a supportive and close-knit team. You will report to the Manager who is known within the team for their approachable management style. Your main duties providing a high level of customer service. Reporting. Answering phone calls.

Responding to high volume email enquiries. Purchase orders . Data entry including monitoring and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled, updating the database and records as well as general office support duties.

Experience/Qualifications Required. Previous experience in Administration. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Be able to multitask. Experience using Microsoft Excel. Experience with Excel formulas is advantageous.
