Administration Assistant Northern Beaches Commercial location Sydney.

Northern Beaches Commercial is an independent  Real Estate Agency on the Northern Beaches. We are looking for a part time, local Reception/ Administration Support person for 5 afternoons per week. Real estate experience preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities include co-ordinating all aspects of reception. Assisting the Property Manager with general administration, including filing, and accounts. Acting as first point of contact on the phone and in person.

Updating and maintaining internal systems. Assisting with brochures, advertising, newsprint and media websites. Providing admin support to the sales and leasing team.

The right candidate will have excellent phone manner. Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
